Performance Marketing Job Description 

  • Role Purpose: Maximize ROI by executing data-driven paid advertising campaigns, targeting metrics like customer acquisition cost (CAC) and conversion rates.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Campaign Management: Build, manage, and scale paid campaigns (SEM, PPC, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to acquire new users and drive sales.
    • Data Analysis & Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, optimize bidding strategies, and improve conversion funnels.
    • Budgeting & ROI: Manage, allocate, and monitor marketing budgets to ensure positive ROAS and optimal spend across platforms.
    • Testing & Reporting: A/B test creatives and targeting, and develop dashboards to report on performance to stakeholders.
    • Collaboration: Coordinate with design, content, and product teams to create engaging ad assets.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
