Job Details

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Analyst at our Jaipur office. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, evaluating business processes, and providing strategic recommendations to optimize workflows. Daily responsibilities include effective communication with stakeholders, identifying areas for process improvement, and supporting the development of IT solutions to address business needs. Collaboration with teams to enhance operational efficiency and meet organizational goals is a key component of this role.
 

Qualifications
 

• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience to evaluate processes and provide actionable insights
• Proficiency in defining and documenting Business Requirements and understanding Business Processes
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and convey complex ideas
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work on cross-functional teams
• Prior experience in the IT industry is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
• Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks is a plus
