Role Overview
Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions within IT products and services. Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business teams to create intelligent, scalable applications that support enterprise technology needs.
Required Skills
Strong Python programming and object-oriented design.
Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and applied mathematics (statistics, probability, linear algebra).
Experience with ML frameworks (scikit-learn) and deep-learning libraries (TensorFlow or PyTorch).
Familiarity with IT infrastructure, APIs, and cloud services.
Hands-on experience with Docker/Kubernetes for containerised deployments.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related IT field.
3–5 years of experience in AI/ML development or a strong portfolio of relevant projects.
Knowledge of IT service management or enterprise software environments is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
Build, train, and deploy machine-learning and deep-learning models for IT applications.
Perform large-scale data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering using Python (NumPy, Pandas).
Develop APIs and microservices (FastAPI/Flask) to integrate AI models with IT systems.
Implement algorithms for NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, or automation.
Monitor model performance, optimise for scalability, and maintain high availability.
Ensure code quality through version control (Git), testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams for deployment on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
