Job Summary
The Scrum Master acts as a servant-leader for the Scrum Team, ensuring the team follows Agile principles and Scrum practices. This role facilitates communication, removes impediments, and supports the team in delivering high-quality products that meet business goals.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycle.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
Certifications (preferred):
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or equivalent.
Skill & Experience
- PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Key Responsibilities
Facilitation & Coaching
Guide the team in applying Scrum practices, values, and principles.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
Coach the Product Owner on effective backlog management.
Team Support
Remove impediments to the team’s progress.
Protect the team from outside interruptions and scope creep.
Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Stakeholder Management
Foster collaboration between development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
Ensure transparency of progress, risks, and dependencies.
Track and communicate key metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.).
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve workflow and efficiency.
Advocate for Agile best practices across the organization.
