How The Hank App Works
Hank is a user-friendly app, and it works with a simple push of a button.
- Activate Bluetooth and enable location services on your phone.
- Attach a Hank device to your valuable items, like keys or a wallet.
- Pair your Hank device with your smartphone.
- Access the dashboard on the app, select the desired item you need to find, and tap "Hank It”.
- Hold down the Hank device button to trigger your phone's ring and effortlessly locate your item.
Note: You can also locate your missing phone by pushing the button on your Hank device. Hank will make your phone ring even when it is on do not disturb or it’s on silent!
Pairing your Hank to your phone.
- Tap Connect Hank
- Hold your Hank close to your phone. Ensure it is less than 4 inches away.
- Hold the button on your hank for a few seconds until you hear a beep and the LED light starts flashing. N/B: Ensure your location service and Bluetooth is on.
- Keep your hank within 4cm proximity to your phone till the connection is complete. Your hank will be paired to your device.
- Hold the button on your hank for a few seconds until you hear a beep and the LED light starts flashing.
- Name your Hank.
