The Visual Brand Identity

Brand identity is the collection of tangible visual elements—logos, colors, fonts, and patterns—that a company uses to portray its brand to the world. 

If "Brand" is the gut feeling, "Brand Identity" is the toolbox we use to influence it. It is the visual system: the logo, the specific fonts, the color palette, the photography style, and the icon set.
